ABOUT CALEN
Calen James Wills concentrates his practice on civil litigation, including the defense of medical and dental providers and clinics, insurance coverage lawsuits, personal injury, wrongful death, third party contract claims, admiralty and maritime law, and collection matters. Calen gained invaluable trial experience through his externship with the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office. In addition, Calen interned with the Honorable Louis J. Guirola, Chief Judge for Southern District of Mississippi. Recently, Calen, along with Partner Vincent Castigliola, successfully defended against a Plaintiff’s claim under the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act.
Calen received his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was the vice president of the Health Law Society, an officer in the Advocacy Society, a member of the Defense Lawyers Society, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal society. He received his B.A. from the University of Mississippi in Political Science and Psychology.
Calen is a member of the Mississippi Bar, Jackson County Young Lawyers, Jackson County Bar Association, Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association. Calen is also a Pascagoula Youth Soccer coach. He resides in Pascagoula with his wife, Abby.
